What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout. All payments are processed through Stripe with 256-bit TLS encryption — we never see or store your full card number.

What currency are prices in? Do you charge tax?

Accepted Answer

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, per US state rules. International orders may be subject to import duties and VAT collected by your local carrier on delivery.

My card was declined — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Card declines are almost always caused by (1) the billing address on the card not matching what you entered at checkout, (2) your bank flagging an international or first-time merchant charge, or (3) insufficient funds or a daily spending limit. Double-check the billing ZIP, call your bank to authorize the charge, then retry. If it still fails, try Apple Pay or Google Pay — they bypass most of these checks.

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Checkout is PCI-DSS compliant and handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials on our servers.

Question 5

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

We process orders quickly — usually within a few hours of checkout. If your order has not yet shipped, we can typically cancel or modify it. Email blyxerllc@gmail.com immediately with your order number in the subject line. Once a tracking number is generated, cancellation is no longer possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address — help!

Accepted Answer

Email blyxerllc@gmail.com with the subject line "URGENT: ADDRESS CHANGE — [Order Number]" as soon as possible, and include the corrected address in the body. If we catch it before the label is printed we can update it for free. Once shipped, we cannot reroute a package, and re-shipping costs on returned-to-sender packages are the customer's responsibility.

Can I add an item to an existing order?

Accepted Answer

We cannot merge orders once placed. Place the second order separately — if both ship the same day, we will refund the duplicate shipping charge automatically.

Can I change the size or color after ordering?

Accepted Answer

If the order has not shipped yet, email us within a few hours and we will do our best. Once shipped, please place a return through /returns/new and reorder the correct variant.

Question 9

My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing blyxerllc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of (1) the damaged item, (2) the shipping box (inside and outside), and (3) the packing slip. We will send a prepaid return label and either replace the piece or refund you in full — your choice, at no cost to you.

My tracking says delivered but I never received the package.

Accepted Answer

First, check with neighbors and building management, and look around the property — carriers sometimes leave parcels in unexpected spots. Wait 24–48 hours as "delivered" scans occasionally happen a day early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us with your order number and we will open a carrier trace. If the trace confirms loss, we will replace or refund the order.

My package is stuck in transit or hasn't updated in days.

Domestic packages that haven't scanned in 5+ business days, or international packages stuck in customs for 10+ business days, may be lost. Contact us with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation and reship or refund if needed.

Question 12

Do BLYXER products have a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Every BLYXER piece is covered against manufacturing defects (stitching failure, hardware breakage, print peeling under normal wear) for 90 days from delivery. Damage from wear and tear, improper washing, or accidents is not covered. Email us with photos to open a claim.

Question 13

Is the store always open? When can I place an order?

Accepted Answer

The BLYXER online store is open 24/7 — you can place an order any time, any day of the year. Our support team replies to messages Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET, within 24 business hours. Store hours and support hours are separate.

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. US Standard (UPS Ground) arrives in 3–7 business days from ship date. International orders take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Can I get overnight or expedited shipping?

Accepted Answer

We don't publish a flat-rate expedited tier because rush pricing swings widely by destination and carrier availability. If you need a piece by a specific date, email blyxerllc@gmail.com with your order number, delivery ZIP, and required-by date — we'll quote expedited or overnight service case-by-case, typically $100–$150+ in additional carrier fees.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to select countries. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier options. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier. You can also look up any order at /track using your order number and email.

What is your return window?

30 days from the delivery date, on unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Start a return at /returns/new.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Who pays return shipping?

For standard returns (change of mind, sizing), a flat $8 return label fee is deducted from your refund. For our error (wrong item, defect, damage), we cover the return shipping in full.
