How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery days for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days, then shipped with a tracked US carrier. See the Shipping page for full details.
Where does BLYXER deliver?
We ship from the United States to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, the UAE, Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia, Germany and France. The exact delivery options, timing, taxes and charges for your address appear at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
Open Order Tracking and enter your BLYXER order code (for example BLYX-00001) together with the email used at checkout. Once your parcel ships, a live carrier link appears automatically.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Write to us as soon as possible through the Contact page. If your order has not been packed yet we can usually update the size or address.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose a size?
Use our US-inch size guide and measure bust, natural waist, fullest hip and height with a soft tape. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one for a relaxed fit, or use the Fit Finder on the size guide page.
Do the suits run true to size?
Yes. Signature suits follow a tailored cut; casual wear is slightly relaxed. Every product page lists the fit notes for that piece.
Payments & codes
Which payments are supported?
Secure card payments through Stripe are taken at checkout. Cash on delivery is not offered online.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter the code in your shopping bag and press Apply. The discount carries through to secure checkout; you can remove it with the × beside the code.
Returns & care
Can I return an item?
Eligible unworn items with tags can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. See the Returns page for the full steps.
How should I care for embroidery?
Turn embroidered pieces inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle or choose specialist dry cleaning, and store folded away from direct sun.
